Our Arboricultural consultants operate throughout the UK providing tree surveys and tree reports for land owners and a wide range of other clients including architects, developers, estate managers and lawyers.
DIFFERENT TYPES OF TREE SURVEY:
Depending upon your requirements we will provide a tree survey to suit your needs.
TREE SURVEYS FOR PLANNING:
If you are intending to submit a planning application and trees are located nearby, then you need one of our qualified Arboricultural Consultants to undertake a BS 5837 tree survey. This Standard specifies exactly what data is gathered during the tree survey for inclusion in the tree report. Our tree surveyor will assist you to acquire planning consent by minimising the impact on trees.
TREE SURVEYS FOR SAFETY:
If you are concerned about the condition of trees that you are responsible for, then you require a tree survey for safety and management purposes. Our tree surveyor will closely examine each tree for defects and disease. Your tree report will recommend works to reduce risks to an acceptable level
TREE SURVEYS FOR PEOPLE MOVING HOME:
If you are intending to buy or sell a house, then you need a tree survey that assesses subsidence risk as well as tree failure. Our tree surveyor will collect deep soil samples close to the building foundations and assess whether subsidence is likely to occur. The tree survey will include all trees within potential influencing distance, and the tree report will recommend how to reduce risk to an acceptable level.
TREE SURVEYS FOR SUBSIDENCE MANAGEMENT:
Where subsidence has already occurred, you need a tree survey to determine if / which trees are responsible. Your tree report will recommend how to reduce future risks.
TREE SURVEYS FOR LITIGATION:
Where trees may have caused damage to persons or property, our Principal Arboricultural Consultant will undertake a tree survey and produce a tree report to law court standards.
